Most of the staff, was friendly and helpful. I loved the cleanliness of the whole facility but especially our room and how stocked it was kept. James was very friendly and helpful as well. The other hotel managers I have run into, in the past, were not very helpful and didn't try to quickly resolve any issues. We had an issue with our coffee pot and he resolved it and even carried on a conversation with us. He didn't seem to busy even though he was busy.

I watched this hotel being built. I live 2hrs away & must take the early morning train from Jesup. I’ve stayed in 2 other hotels in the area with great disappointment. Couldn’t wait for Holiday Inn to be completed. Just in time for my family to stay during our celebration of relative wedding. I understand why the cost is higher in comparison to other hotels in the surrounding area. We didn’t have to barricade our door when we slept. Women walking all night tapping on trucks and room doors. The Holiday Inn hotel & rooms well kept and fresh smelling. The kitchen area clean well kept and the breakfast very good. The hospitality from check in to maid service & kitchen are to be commended. I can appreciate service with a smile. I will return, You Get What You Pay For.

Typical "basic" breakfast that's is always included in the property cost. Good, not great. The property is relatively new. Good location and easily drivable to any point in Jesup.

The breakfast was nice, but there was no regular sugar for coffee on Sunday morning. Wish there was more choices of fruit. Grapes, oranges and maybe cantaloupe. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay

Everybody was fantastic. Jacob was absolutely the most friendly person who took care of anything we needed at night. The day staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable about where we needed to go.

The location was convenient to the location of my purpose of being in the area—-family reunion in Screven. Great location to area restaurants and other shopping. Actually, the only hotel in the area to meet standards.

I had the impression (from photos) that I was getting a suite (separate room from beds), which it was not. It was nice but not what I expected. I don’t feel that I got what I paid for.
